
Ralph Blagg is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and of the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville with a J.D. degree (Doctor of Law). He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Texas.
He has examined, prepared for testimony, and cross-examined numerous police officers and others who claim to be proficient in field sobriety testing.
In August 1998, he attended a Standardized Field Sobriety Testing course in Atlanta, GA. This course is the NHSTA’s approved sobriety testing and training course. The instructor, Rick Swope, was one of the 33 original officers trained by the NHSTA to train officers in all 50 states.
Blagg Law Firm was established as a private practice in Clinton, AR in 1989.
